Real Estate PhilosophyIf you are not invested in real estate, you need to be. Everyone needs a place to live, so why not own it rather than making the payment for someone else?
When working with sellers, my approach is simple yet comprehensive-proper pricing, strong marketing, good staging. For most of us, real estate is our biggest investment, and you should want nothing less than full, professional, high-integrity service.
When working with buyers, you need someone to be an advocate for you and look out for your best interests. Whether purchasing new construction or a starter home, I will guide you, and in finding a new home, work at your pace. I do my best to educate you in the process and show you only those properties that are of interest to you. I have many happy clients who are good friends, I would like to include you among them.
Steve grew up in the Minneapolis area and attended mostly parochial schools. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1972 and followed this with four years in the military. After military service, Steve worked for Cargill Inc. for several years, traveling throughout the U.S. In 1986 he joined Burnet Realty which later was acquired by Coldwell Banker/Cendant Inc.
Steve's take on real estate:
"This is the ideal career. You essentially work for yourself and answer to your clients. I am always learning something new while meeting lots of great people and making good friends. Not only that, but I get paid besides."
Steve has been married to Eiko for 30+ years and has two perfect grandchildren.
